It starts the system today .... What is there to drink 7up in the first step? Also, I am confused ..... Can sliced bread or whole wheat bread .... how to buy in the store? If not, then I can do for him ...... Yeast purchased with business? Maybe I'm just little things here ...... I am looking forward to giving the wrong thing. In the book, and asked for bread recipes purely ...... lol nothing in the store seemed very clean.

What book are you using? The best way is the Feingold diet, with the help of a support group for parents: Feingold Association of the United States. There are families who had successfully managed with food. The site is www.feingold.org
Picky is important to us! You should know exactly what the product is good, especially in the first. Yes, you can more 7UPs. It has corn syrup, however, and many try to avoid too fine gold. The loaves are harder to find but available. Many fine gold using a bread machine.
