Home Insurance Edmonton Who Pays For The Home Insurance When You Let Your House?

Who pays for the home insurance when you let your house? - home insurance edmonton

I ask this question on behalf of my girlfriend, living in Malaysia. He wants to know what is the law in England in this case.

My boyfriend is out of the house to another, so that you can have a certain income. The question is: We need them at home insurance for accidents such as fire. Clearly, Malaysia has the owner not to buy insurance for your home.

Thus, in this case, should pay for the insurance, the owner or tenant? I think the rent is paid in 2 years and insurance will cover for 2 years only.

Buildings and the responsibility of the owner of the house, but the insurance companies cover the windows are generally excluded if they know that the property is rented. Contents insurance, of course, they find the person renting the property.

Be assured Genreally as with any insurance, the owner of the object is responsible for insurance.

To order, your friend needs a means of GIT silver.
When burned, and built a new home insurance, Tennant is now back home if they have paid the insurance?
I hope your friend is not Malaysia, bought a house here (English, where many people can not pay for housing), and now hopes to milk our economy.
I'm going to burn.
Remember, winning Tennants Arnet .... they're the customer who pays a friend. It is the "workers" in this Agreement.
Stupid Git!

The building insurance is should be, he informed the company that rented the property or claim invalid.

general insurance is the responsibility of the owner - that is, after all his property, and if it burns to the ground in a position, it would replace.

Household insurance is the responsibility of the Tennant is his property, and if in the fire, which is replaced is destroyed.

Normally, the owner of the property insurance purchase on your interests are protected in ownership. At the same time, can we buy tenant insurance to protect their personal property. Normally, if there is a mortgage on the property of the creditor, the holder will require a rather strong. If a mortgage is that the owner is not insured, it's just a good idea, because a house is an important investment, and sometimes these things catch on fire, and sometimes a car is running.

If I am the owner I insurance (including insurance me). This is my house, and I would not trust someone to ensure the adequate funding. I think the cost of insurance as part of the cost of doing business (and adjust the rent accordingly)
